How We Treat

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

HMBC teaches our clients the foundations of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is a form of therapy that works to change thoughts, emotions and behaviors, and has proven success in treating a range of problems including depression, anxiety disorders, marital and communication problems, alcohol, drug use and severe mental illness.

When you call, we will ask some basic questions in order to pair you with one of our therapists.

Book your session

After we’ve found a good fit between you and a therapist, we’ll send you a link to your own patient portal. Here, you can get everything set up. Your scheduled appointments and related paperwork will be visible as soon as you check in.

Join Your Tele-Therapy Session

When it is time for your appointment, click the link in your email or text to join your session and meet with your therapist!
